effective preventive action system and ensure that the lessons learned
from the corrective actions will be incorporated into future quality planning
activities. Participants are required to bring their companys Corrective
and Preventive actions procedures to the class. Also, a summary of their
customer corrective action requests and non-conformance reports from internal
audits will be used as a part of their class exercises.
